Returns & Refunds
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for things like incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes
Orders move into production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
